Results Teaching

For those open to coaching, Todd coaches individuals and teams through a 13 week Let’s Accomplish Something HUGE! (LASH) Goals and Results system designed to drive team and organization alignment on a desired vision. NOTE: Individual One on One Clients accepted as well.

Here is a synopsis of Let’s Accomplish Something HUGE!
I coach/facilitate 60-90 minute sessions once a week for 13 weeks. This is done either in person OR via an Online Meeting for all participants.  This is designed to build inspired teams that are in alignment and supporting each other and the organization.
Noticeable differences will show very quickly and measurable improvements
about 1 to 2 quarters out.

Each member of the team will receive a Thinking Into Results Participant’s Kit which includes: 12 highly motivating DVD lessons, a detailed participant’s guide with thought- provoking worksheets that drive results, and a Goal Card.

Yes there are twelve lessons but I said 13 weeks.  The first session is introductory.

The investment for the program is determined on a case by case basis depending on the number of individuals.  The more people there are in the group, the lower the cost per participant.
